Using Quix

You agree to provide accurate account, service, contact, and booking information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your account access secure.

Customers and Providers

Quix helps customers describe service needs and connect with providers. Providers are independent businesses or individuals responsible for their quotes, availability, work quality, licensing, insurance, and services performed.

Bookings and Payments

Booking details, prices, deposits, fees, refunds, and appointment timing may vary by service and provider. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. You agree not to misuse payment, booking, messaging, or dispute features.

SMS Notifications

By enabling SMS Alerts in your Quix account settings, you consent to receive recurring transactional text messages from Quix at the phone number associated with your account. These messages may include quote updates, appointment confirmations, booking updates, service completion notices, and account activity.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact us at support@tryquix.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS Alerts are optional and can be turned off in account settings.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Quix to submit false information, harass others, interfere with the service, bypass platform safeguards, upload unlawful content, or use messaging features for spam, marketing, or unrelated communications.

Service Availability

Quix may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that every service request will receive a quote, that providers will be available, or that generated service scopes will be complete or error-free.

Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account in settings. Quix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the platform.
