Information We Collect
We collect account details such as name, phone number, email address, service address, provider business information, uploaded photos, service request details, booking information, messages, payment status, and settings preferences.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, match customers with providers, generate service requests, support bookings, process payments, deliver notifications, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
SMS and Phone Numbers
We use your phone number for account access, authentication, customer support, and optional transactional SMS alerts when you enable SMS Alerts in your account settings. SMS alerts may include quote updates, appointment confirmations, booking updates, service completion notices, and related account activity.
We do not sell your phone number. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can turn off SMS Alerts in your account settings, and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages where supported.
Service Providers
When a customer requests or books a service, we may share relevant job details with providers, including customer name, service description, photos, location, appointment details, and contact information needed to complete the service.

Quix uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, email, SMS, maps, analytics, and customer communication. These services process information only as needed to operate Quix.
